This writ petition is premature. It is noticed that the petitioner has made a representation before the respondent No. 3 on October 27, 2025 and filed this writ petition on November 7, 2025 alleging inaction on the part of the respondent no. 3 in taking steps on the basis of such representation, as would be evident from paragraph 6 of the writ petition. 3.

In such view of the matter, no mandatory order can be passed in this writ petition.

WPA 25229 of 2025 is disposed of with the above observations.

The respondent No. 3 shall, however, be free to take appropriate decision on the petitioner's representation made before it, in accordance with law.
