1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner has applied for intra district transfer on the ground of the medical condition of her husband from South 24 Parganas to Bankura.

3. In the above circumstances, the Chairman, District Primary School Council, South 24 Parganas shall obtain the medical opinion of the petitioner's husband's medical condition from the C.M.O.H, South 24 Parganas and forward the same along with comments to the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education. Upon receipt of all the documents from the petitioner, the Board shall consider and dispose of the petitioner's application strictly in

accordance with law within a period of ten weeks from date.

4. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. Let a copy of the writ petition along with a copy of this order be served on the Board as well as concerned District Primary School Council.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
