1. Copy of the Aadhar Card of the petitioner no. 7 is filed in Court. The same is taken on record.

2. It appears from the Aadhar Card that the age of the petitioner is 83 years.

3. Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

4. Perused the case diary.

5. Considering the materials available in the case diary including the statements of victim and other witnesses, the injury reports showing grievous injury, the alleged roles ascribed to the petitioners and the fact that the petitioner nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 are female members of the household and the petitioner no. 7 is 83 years old, while I

am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 7 (Samsara Khatun @ Samsara Begum @ Munni, Babita Bibi @ Babita Khatun, Sajeda Bibi @ Sahida Bibi, Jethani Bibi @ Saima Bibi and Hasebul Khan), the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner nos. 5 and 6 is rejected.

6. In the event of arrest, the petitioner nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 7 shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to further conditions that the said petitioners shall cooperate with the investigation and shall not threaten or intimidate witnesses.

7. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed-in-part.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
