The present revisional application was affirmed on October, 2023. Consequently, the subject matter of challenge is infructuous. Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners intend to appear and surrender before the jurisdictional court. It has been informed that petitioner nos. 1 & 2 are already on bail. So far as the petitioner nos. 3 & 4 are concerned, if they appear and surrender before the jurisdictional court and pray for bail, the learned jurisdictional court will consider their application for bail in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 4130 of 2023 is disposed of.
