Learned advocate appearing for the state has submitted report. Report reflects that Madhabdihi PS Case No. 262/24 dated 13.11.2024 was registered for investigation under the relevant provisions of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita. As the police authorities within 48 hours took steps pursuant to the information furnished to the Superintendent of Police, I am of the view that the purpose for which the writ petition has been preferred has already been subserved.

Accordingly WPA 25764 of 2024 is disposed of.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
