Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated October 16, 2007 the petitioner appeared at the interview for the post of a Clerk in a high school which was scheduled to be held on October 17, 2007. In fact, the petitioner has already appeared in the interview. In that view of the matter, nothing survives to be decided in the writ petition. Hence, the writ petition stands disposed of.

2. There shall be, however, no order as to costs.
