The petitioner preferred first appeal and second appeal. 3.

Mr. Mazumdar submits that both the appeals have been disposed of.

In view of such subsequent developments, the writ-petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, WPA 23072 of 2019 is 'dismissed as infructuous'.
