1. Inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 16th October, 2023.

2. In the cause title as well as in the first line of paragraph 4 of order dated 16th October, 2023, the name of the petitioner be read as 'Ruhul Amin' in place and stead of 'Rahul Amin'.

3. Other portions of the order shall remain the same.
