Learned counsel for the opposite party submits that the proceeding being CS 48958 of 2024 in connection with which the revisional application has been filed has been withdrawn by the opposite party. Such withdrawal has been recorded by the learned trial Court vide order passed on 5th February, 2025.

In view of the above, the application being CRR 4463 of 2024 is disposed of as infructuous.
