2) During course of hearing, learned advocate representing the petitioner has prayed for leave to withdraw the writ petition.

3) On the contrary, learned advocate representing the respondent authorities has placed the order dated 21st June, 2023 passed by a coordinate Bench on the writ petition filed by the petitioner being WPA 14142 of 2023 and prays for direction upon the petitioner to vacate type "A" accommodation which was provided to parents of the petitioner.

4) Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

5) However, this order shall not preclude the concerned respondent authorities to take steps in accordance with law for vacating the quarter in question.

6) Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
