It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that investigation is complete. Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had motive to commit the murder. Gold chain of the deceased and the offending weapon were recovered on the leading statement of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
