Mr. Kunal Ganguly Mr. Tirthankar Mukherjee Ms. Madhurima Sarkar Mr. Subhajit Samanta Ms. Sanchari Chakraborty .....For the Petitioner The present complaint case under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act was filed at the instance of the present petitioner/complainant in the year 2019. The last of the orders reflect that on 28.09.2022 the learned Magistrate was pleased to fix the date on 23 rd February, 2023 for plea (Examination under Section 251 of the Code of Criminal Procedure).

Learned Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar, 24 Parganas North is directed that the stage of Section 251 of the Code of Criminal Procedure be completed on the next date so fixed or within a week thereafter. The learned Magistrate will thereafter fix dates once in every 45 days for evidence of the case and take all efforts so that the trial of case is completed within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observation, C.R.R. 4195 of 2022 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All parties are directed to act on the server copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Hon'ble Court.
