The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the complaint lodged by him has not been acted upon by the police authority.

Learned counsel for the State submits, on instructions, that FIR has been registered pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be dealt with in the writ petition. The same is accordingly disposed of.

There shall however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
