that the documents which were in his custody have been placed. Petitioner has passed out Madhyamik Examination from the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education and subsequently was admitted in Class-XI.

The investigating officer of the case enquired into the documents and from the concerned school it reveals that the petitioner got himself admitted at Class-IX at Sodepur Nabaday Institute in the year 2003. Thereafter he took admission in Class-X at Susil Krishna Sikshayatan for boys and on 18.06.2005, he took admission in Class-XI at Sodepur Deshbandhu Vidyapith (For Boys). There are no records in the said school relating to the previous period when the petitioner took admission at the primary

level. There is a BD National ID number available with the investigating officer of the case which has been sent for enquiry and which is still pending.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he has document to substantiate the school where the petitioner first attended during primary education.

In case such a document is available, petitioner would prefer an application before the learned trial court in support of such contention. Presently, the report so submitted by the State do not inspire confidence. As such, the prayer for bail of the present petitioner in CRM(M)2254 of 2025 is dismissed. Report along with the enclosures submitted by the State be kept with the record.
