The petitioners stand implicated in the incident of attempt to murder. An eye witness implicates the petitioners. The petitioners apparently were holding the hands of the de facto complainant while the husband was assaulting her. The injury report of the de facto complainant corroborates the injury on her throat.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 5338 of 2022 is dismissed.
