Petitioner is the brother-in-law of the victim housewife. He has been falsely implicated. Accordingly, he prays for anticipatory bail. 2.
Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the victim-housewife shows petitioner tried to rape her. He has been absconding for more than four years.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
