1. This is an application for recalling of the order dated 11th November, 2022.

2. Mr.

Piyush Chaturbedi, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner wants us to review the order passed by the alleged contemnor in terms of our direction. We are unable to accept the said submission.

3. The authority concerned has passed an order. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, remedy is open to the petitioner and the petitioner may be at liberty to challenge the said order in accordance with law.

4. However, in the event of any delay or laches or limitation is shown against the petitioner in

seeking proper remedy, the time period spent in pursuing the application shall be excluded.

5. Accordingly, the application being CAN 1 of 2022 stands disposed of.
