1. This writ petition has been filed as a public interest litigation alleging unauthorized construction. In the stay petition, photographs have been enclosed, which show that there are several blocks constructed and some of them are G+5 storey. It is not clear as to why the petitioner has suddenly approached this Court by way of this writ petition as a public interest litigation. Admittedly, more than five years time elapsed to put up this construction.

2. Therefore, we are not satisfied to entertain this writ petition as a public interest litigation.

3. With the above observations, writ petition is dismissed.

4. No costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
