We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show petitioner was present at the spot and actively connived with co-accused who had fired at the victim resulting in life threatening injuries. Prayer for anticipatory bail of co-accused has been rejected. 4.

Under such circumstances, we do not find any merit in the application and the same is dismissed.
