This is an application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of the proceeding in G.R. Case No. 1529 of 2005 in connection with Beldanga Police Station Case No. 170/05 dated 15.11.05 under Sections 363/365/372 of the Indian Penal Code.

On perusal of the application, the impugned Order and other materials on record, it appears that exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands dismissed on merit.
