LICI is represented through its learned advocate, Mr. Roy Chowdhury, who submits that a Co-ordinate Bench by an order dated 17th March, 2017 gave liberty to the respondents to proceed with the disciplinary proceeding but directed the authorities not to publish the final result without the leave of the Court. He further submits that due to the said interim order LICI could not communicate the final result to the petitioner till date.

Since the petitioner is not represented, the writ petition stands dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
