1. Status report filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. Trial is at the fag end with record recording of statement under Section 313 of the Criminal Procedure Code underway.

3. Court is informed that recording of statement under Section 313 of the Criminal Procedure Code in respect of three under trials are outstanding.

4. In view of the trial being at the fag end as noted above, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner notwithstanding the period of custody of the petitioner.

5. CRM (DB) 3546 of 2024, is thus, rejected.
