This is an application filed under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of the Order dated 27.08.2012 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, North 24 parganas in connection with CMC No. 4948/2012 arising out of Lake Town Police Station Case No. 163 of 2012 dated 28.06.2012 under Sections 120B/420 of the Indian Penal Code corresponding to G.R. Case No. 626 of 2012.

On perusal of the application, the impugned Order and other materials on record, it appears that exercise of jurisdiction under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands dismissed on merit.
