This is an application filed under Section 227 of the Constitution of India against the impugned order to issuance of process dated 31st March, 2012 passed by the learned 2nd Judicial Magistrate, Alipore in Complaint Case No. AC-774 of 2012.

On perusal of the application, the impugned Order and other materials on record, it appears that exercise of jurisdiction under Section 227 of the Constitution of India is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands dismissed on merit.
