Inadvertently in the cause title of the order dated 14.12.2023, the name of the opposite party has been wrongly recorded as "Kalali Saha nee Das" instead of "Kakali Saha Nee Das". Let the same be read as "Kakali Saha Nee Das". It has also been pointed out that in the last sentence of the 1st paragraph of the said order, the maintenance case number has been wrongly recorded as "Maintenance Case No. 828 of 2021" instead of "Maintenance Case No. 928 of 2021". Let the same be read as "Maintenance Case No. 928 of 2021". Let the order be corrected accordingly.

Department is directed to incorporate necessary corrections as above.

Other portions of the order dated 14.12.2023 would remain unaltered.

Let this order be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 14.12.2023.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
