Petitioner complains that his daughter has been kidnapped and abducted and till date she has not been recovered and being an anxious father he even has not been informed by the police authority regarding the progress of the investigation.
Learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report wherein Budge Budge Police Station Case No.264 of 2024 dated 02.10.2024 was registered. Accordingly, on 07.10.2024 the victim girl was recovered and her statement was recorded in presence of a lady police personnel wherein the victim girl voluntarily made her statement that because of disagreement with family members and for marrying Sk. Najibul willingly she had left home and expressed her desire for living a happy conjugal life with her husband.
Learned advocate for the petitioner thereafter submits that he intends to visit and see his daughter. If the petitioner intends to see his daughter and as the case is under investigation, an appropriate application be made before the jurisdictional court. If such an application is made, the jurisdictional court would consider the emotion of the parents and without any intervention or hindrance from any corner a venue may be fixed for the parents to see their daughter.
With the aforesaid observations, WPA 25560 of 2024 is disposed of.
There will be no order as to costs.
Report so submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. Let the case diary be returned to the learned advocate appearing for the State.
