Mr. Malay Kumar Roy ...for the Petitioner Mr. Pradip Kumar Tarafdar Mr. Subir Pal ...for the O.P. no. 2 Due to inadvertence in the order dated 11.12.2023, at page 3 in the 7th line of second paragraph, the word "additional registrar" shall be deleted and in its place "Additional Registrar of Assurances-1" shall be inserted and in the 8th line, after the words, 01142 of 2013, the words "of DSR II, South 24 Parganas" shall be added. Similarly, at page 4 in the second line of the second paragraph, the word, "the opposite party no. 4" shall be deleted and in its place, "the opposite party nos. 3 and 4" shall be substituted and in the next line, the word "dated 29.12.2015" shall be deleted.

Let such corrections be incorporated and be made part of the order dated 11.12.2023. Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.
