Mr. Soumik Ganguli Ms. Chandana Chakraborty ...for the Petitioner Ms. Dhanasree Biswas ...for the State RE : CRAN 1 of 2025 This is an application wherein petitioner has prayed for relaxation of the condition of bail imposed by this Court by granting bail on 5th December, 2024. By the impugned order petitioner was directed to report to the "Officer-in-Charge of the jurisdictional police station once in a fortnight until further orders".

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits a report dated 09.09.2025.

Having heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the State and considering the annexures made in the application along with report submitted by the State, the condition imposed vide order dated 5th December, 2024 is modified to the extent that "petitioner shall henceforth report to the Officer-in-Charge of the jurisdictional police station once in a month until further orders".

Other conditions of the order dated 5th December, 2024 shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
