1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Evidence of the victim lady shows petitioner is one of the persons who sexually abused her. In view of gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant bail to him at this stage.
