Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for more than four months and the petitioner has been implicated because of political vendetta. According to the learned advocate the narration of triangular love as depicted by the prosecution is a bogus story canvassed and the recoveries which have been shown are full of doubts. On the other hand learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the prosecution has collected materials which do implicate the present petitioner. The circumstances point towards also the petitioner being one of the accused whose complicity in the alleged commission of offence is glaring, the CDR and other materials have been collected in close proximity of time and the seizure of blood stained wearing

apparels of the principal accused do point to the conspiracy of the present petitioner with that of the other accused. Having considered that the stage of the case and the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, CRM (M) 2260 of 2025 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
