Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 1 year 11 months and hardly any materials are appearing against her for further detaining her in custody.

Learned advocate for the State has produced the case diary. Drawn the attention of the Court to the statement of the two victim girls and submitted that one of the victim girl has made specific allegations so far as the present petitioner is concerned. Learned advocate for the opposite party nos.2 and 3 is present and has also opposed the prayer for bail.

Having regard to the complicity of the present petitioner as is revealed from the statement of one of the victim, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for releasing the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM(M)2263 of 2025 is, thus, dismissed.
