There is a typographical mistake in the Judgement dated 25.06.2024. The name of the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Central Bureau of Investigation in CRR No.4143 of 2023 is inadvertently recorded as 'Mr. Amarjit De' instead of 'Mr. Amajit De' and should be read as "Mr. Amajit De".

Department is directed to incorporate the necessary correction in respect of only the name of the Special P.P. CBI.

Paragraph 8 of the Judgement dated 25.06.2024 be substituted by the following sentence:

"Though Mr. Amajit De, Special P.P. CBI has advanced his argument on the merit of the

application in respect of filing a common charge-sheet in respect of multiple FIRs but virtually conceded by making submission that there is no provision in the Code of Criminal Procedure for filing common charge-sheet in respect of multiple FIRs."

Other portion of the Judgement dated 25.06.2024 shall remain unaltered.

Let this order be treated as part of the Judgment dated 25.06.2024.
