The petitioners challenge the recruitment process of 2006 that will actually postponed and reconducted in the year 2009.

The petitioners submit that certain candidates were appointed without placing of valid training certificate recognised by N.C.T.E.

This Court is of the view that the writ petition has become infructuous with the passage of time of more than 15 years. To disturb a selection process, conducted 15 years ago where some persons may have already worked and retired from service will also be inappropriate.

In those circumstances, W.P.A.19964 of 2009 shall stand disposed of without any order.

5.

There will be no order as to costs.
