Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that during pendency of this application, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the accused husband has been rejected by this Court.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that a charge under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code has already been added in the array of charges as the incident had took place within seven years of marriage. Statements of independent witnesses and neighbours have also been recorded.

Let the investigation be concluded in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible.

With these observations, WPA 24641 of 2023 is disposed of.
