Learned counsel for the private opposite party submits that by using the order of this Court on November 12, 2024, staying the warrant or arrest for a limited period, the petitioners filed an application before the learned Trial Court seeking recall of the warrant of arrest and such prayer was granted by the learned Trial Court. In view of the above, the revisional application being CRR 4994 of 2024 as well as CRAN 1 of 2024 are dismissed as infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he seeks to recuse from the case.

The prosecution is at liberty to take necessary steps before the learned Trial Court for issuance of fresh warrant of arrest against the petitioners.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
