1. Appeal is directed against an order dated September 24, 2024 passed in WPA 16676 of 2024.

2. By the impugned order, learned single Judge directed filing of affidavits and directed the writ petition to appear in the list after completion of filing affidavits. Learned single Judge did not decide any rights, per se, amongst the parties to the lis.

3. In such circumstances, we do not find the appeal to be maintainable.
