1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Offences are grave and involve abduction/kidnapping for ransom. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected on merits in May, 2023. Thereafter, bail prayer of co-accused was rejected a few days ago in CRM (DB) 3973 of 2023. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
