Mr. Saryati Dutta, learned Counsel for the State submitted that final report has already been furnished making the application infructuous. Case Diary contained statement of the complainant, wherein, he discloses that he has no allegation and he wants to withdraw the allegations. Accordingly, the instant Criminal Revision being CRR 4471 of 2024 stands dismissed as infructuous.
