Petitioner complains of his vehicle being repossessed by way of force by the private respondent No.4.

Learned Senior Standing Counsel represents the State. Admitted position is that petitioner complained to the Superintendent of Police, Paschim Midnapore complaining that he had been to the office of the respondent No.4 but he was denied any access as his vehicle was repossessed by force. The

respondent No.4 did not pay any heed to the submissions made by him.

Having considered the nature of the dispute complained of it reflects that the dispute arose out of the hire purchase agreement.

Accordingly, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the appropriate forum for addressing his grievances. No interference can be made by this Court by invoking the jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 25781 of 2024 is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
