CRR No. 4472 of 2024 In Re: Sk. Raju @ Sk. Malik @ Sk. Gora Mr. Saugata Mitra Mr. Surajit Basu Mr. Subhadeep Maitra .... For the Petitioner Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner was granted bail in connection with G.R. case no. 1511 of 2019 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandannagar. The petitioner failed to appear before the learned Magistrate on 15th March, 2024 for which warrant of arrest was issued against him.

The petitioner undertakes to surrender before the learned Magistrate within seven days from date.

If the petitioner surrenders before the learned Magistrate within seven days from date, he shall be allowed to remain on the same bond. In the event the petitioner fails to surrender before the learned Magistrate within the stipulated time frame, learned Magistrate shall be at liberty to take necessary steps against the petitioner, in accordance with law.

Warrant of arrest issued against the petitioner be stayed till 20th November, 2024.

The revisional application is disposed of.
