1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that after taking instruction, it is decided that the petitioners will not press the present writ application and prays for withdrawal of the writ application and he will take appropriate steps for filing suit before the appropriate forum.

2. Accordingly, WPA 25078 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.

3. However, this dismissal of this writ petition will not prevent the petitioners for taking appropriate steps for filing suit or any other remedy available to the petitioners.
