Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner has been turned down on merits earlier. Date has been fixed for consideration of charge.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. It shall be open to the petitioner to pray before the trial court for preponment of the date of consideration of charge and in the event such payer is made, the court may consider the same subject to the pendency in his file.
