The petitioner claims to be teaching in a school run by the Government of Jharkhand.

3.

He prays for allotting ten marks on account of prior teaching experience in the second SLST in which the petitioner has participated.

A representation from the end of the petitioner is pending consideration before the West Bengal Central School Service Commission.

The petitioner relies upon the order dated 6th November, 2025 passed by the Court in WPA 24192 of 2025 (Pintu Mallik & Ors -Vs- The State of West Bengal & Ors) in support of his prayer that the Commission may be directed to take a decision on the petitioner's prayer for allotment of marks upon taking into consideration his past service in the subject school. 6.

As it appears that the representation of the petitioner is pending consideration before the Commission, accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of by directing the Commission to take into consideration pages 22 to 27 of the writ petition to ascertain as to whether the petitioner can be allotted marks for his prior teaching experience.

A decision shall be taken in the matter at the earliest.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
