1. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are in custody for about 720 days. Accordingly, they renew their prayer for bail.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer for bail and submits trial is in progress. Six witnesses have already been examined.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners had entered a jewellery shop along with co-accused and had committed dacoity. Trial is in progress. Bail prayer of the petitioners was rejected earlier on merits. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.
