Challenging the appointment of the private respondent in the post of Para Teacher in Sanskrit in the school and praying for a direction to recast the panel prepared for the post, this writ petition was instituted. The selection process to fill up the post was initiated in 2006. I am of the view that with the passage of time, this writ petition has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. All connected applications, if any, are also dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
