The petitioner is aggrieved by a non-reasoned order passed by the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Burdwan dated 27th June, 2013 against his prayer for post graduate scale of pay made on 7th March, 2013 being Annexure - P/10 to the writ petition.

Since the order is admittedly without reason, the matter relegated back to the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Burdwan for passing a reasoned order on the prayer of the petitioner.

Since he has joined as an Assistant Teacher in Mathrun N.C. Institution (H.S.), District - Burdwan on 26th February, 1994, let the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Burdwan pass a suitable decision within a period of two months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

The impugned order passed by the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Burdwan is set aside.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
