Ms. Mousumi Sarkar Mr. Abhinaba Mukherjee ....for the State It appears that an inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 23.02.2026 passed by this Court. At the heading of the order sheet instead of "cancellation of bail", it should actually be "relaxation of condition of anticipatory bail". The inadvertent typographical error is hereby corrected and the order dated 23.02.2026 shall always be read conjointly with this order.

Report filed on behalf of the State is taken on record. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by an order dated 14.11.2024 passed in CRM (A) 3831 of 2024. As per the order, the petitioner has been meeting the Officer-in-Charge of Bongaon Police Station once a week.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the report.

Let the direction to meet the I.O. once a week be relaxed and the petitioner shall meet the I.O. once a month until further orders. With these observations CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
