He submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by the said order and nothing further remains to be decided in the instant Writ Petition.

In view thereof, WPA 23268 of 2007 (Old No. WP 23268 (W) of 2007) stands disposed of on the basis of the aforesaid submission made by learned advocate for the petitioner.
