There is hardly any material change in circumstances in favour of the petitioners subsequent thereto. On the contrary, the police applied for issuance of warrant and proclamation of attachment, which are yet to be executed.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 5346 of 2022 is dismissed.
