Affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner be taken on record. Report filed on behalf of the State be also taken on record. Despite service, none appears on behalf of the private respondents.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner is the owner of the property in question. The private respondents are rank outsiders who are trying to dispossess the petitioner from the said property. The police was intimated, but no action was taken. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the report and submits that no G.D entry was lodged by the petitioner in respect of his alleged grievances. However, the police are keeping a close watch on the developments at the locality. It does not appear that any civil claim has been raised regarding the property to which the petitioner claims ownership. She alleges that the private

respondents are trying to dispossess her from the said property.

Let the police authorities keep a sharp vigil at the locale and ensure that no breach of peace takes place.

The surveillance shall include visits by the police petrol.

No further order need be passed in this regard. With these observations, the writ petition being WPA 24655 of 2023 is disposed of.

As affidavits were not called for, the allegations made are deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
